High Sierra Pools Hiring For Summer 2022!
High Sierra Pools is looking for more than 2,000 seasonal lifeguards to help guard pools for Summer 2022! We are currently accepting online applications for the 2022 season, which begins in May.
High Sierra Pools manages commercial swimming pools in the states of Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York and Washington, D.C. Our headquarters is located in Arlington, Virginia, with regional offices in Newport News, Boston, and Pittsburgh.
Job opportunities include seasonal lifeguards at both big and small facilities, from apartment pools to big community pools. Positions are also available for pool managers, who supervise teams of lifeguards at larger facilities and are certified lifeguards with prior experience. A limited number of positions are available for area supervisors.
Most of the company’s seasonal positions are available to applicants who are age 16 and older. A limited number of jobs require a minimum age of 15 years. Adults looking to supplement their income and retirees are encouraged to apply as well.
